Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination country
- International shipping rates and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays. FADTRONIC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@fadtronic.com and we will assist you promptly.
